Microsoft Office 365, Office 2019 and Office 2016 are widely used across operating systems. Microsoft Office is the best productivity suite money can buy right now.
Activating or reactivating Office products is easy. If using Office 365, you can simply sign in with the Microsoft account that you used to purchase Office 365 subscription to activate your copy of Office 365 on your PC. If you are using Office 2019 or 2016, you will need to either enter the product key that you received when you bought Office 2019/2016 or sign in with the email address that you used to buy the product.
Client's Outlook kept crashing, so I created a new profile. Problem solved.then I noticed at the top of the window it said Unlicensed Product. I tried a Quick repair then an Online Repair of the Office 365 that'd been downloaded and installed from GoDaddy, the client's Office3654 vendor.to no avail. If i connect as admin, open word I can see it has 'shared computer. I can see the 'unlicensed product - most features are turned off because a shared. As the fix for the issue, but after having done this for a user a few times,.
When the Office activation fails, you see Unlicensed product or Non-commercial use/Unlicensed product message in the title bar of Office applications. Besides that, most features of Office are disabled when using it without activation.

Client's Outlook kept crashing, so I created a new profile. Problem solved...then I noticed at the top of the window it said Unlicensed Product.I tried a Quick repair then an Online Repair of the Office 365 that'd been downloaded and installed from GoDaddy, the client's Office3654 vendor...to no avail. Also tried a full uninstall then reinstall to no avail.
Spent a lot of time with GoDaddy tech support trying a variety of things. They had me go through and verify all the items in:
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Unlicensed-Product-and-activation-errors-in-Office-0d23d3c0-c19c-4b2f-9845-5344fedc4380?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US. All was in order, and they verified the client's license was in order.
Since they couldn't find anything wrong, they said it was a local machine problem (no kidding!) and I should reformat the drive and reinstall Windows 7! Really?
It's a 64bit Win7 Pro computer in a 2012 R2 domain.
Given the amount of software installed on this computer (the owner of a small accounting firm) it'd almost be better to buy a new computer!
Would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks
